Reservations with payment by PIX

To reserve one of our accommodations with payment by PIX, we require a reservation confirmation deposit of 50% of the total daily rate. The remaining amount of the total daily rate will be charged at check-in before entry to the accommodation, also by PIX transfer. Until payment is made, the reservation will be in the pre-reservation condition and will only be confirmed upon sending the PIX receipt for the 50% reservation confirmation deposit. Pre-reservations expire in 2 hours and can be canceled at any time after this period. The PIX code to which the reservation confirmation deposit must be transferred is: 43297803304. Proof of PIX transfer to any other code other than the one provided here will not be accepted as proof of payment of the reservation confirmation deposit. In order for us to confirm your payment, you will need to send proof of payment via WhatsApp +55 11 960608755. Your reservation will be validated from the moment Vila Corada sends you a confirmation email. In order to validate a reservation with payment by PIX, our guests must send the proof of payment via WhatsApp, as mentioned above, along with the following information:

Check-in

Check-in time: 3pm to 10pm

Guests must inform the time of their arrival and their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out. To check-in, guests must call Vila Corada's reception in advance (available until 10pm, every day), +55 11 960608755, up to thirty minutes before their arrival at the property. After receiving the call, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance of Vila Corada. If the guest arrives before our official check-in time of 3:00 p.m., they may leave their luggage at the office during our opening hours. If the accommodation is available and the guest wishes to check in earlier, check-in between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. may only be carried out if there is availability and upon prior consultation by the guest with the Vila Corada reception. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., in addition to requiring prior consultation by the guest with the reception, they will be subject to room availability and will incur the payment of the daily rate equivalent to that of the previous day.

Check-out

Check-out time: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Guests must go to the Vila Corada reception to return the keys and pay for any minibar usage and/or any remaining balance of the daily rate. After checking out, guests may store their luggage at our office during opening hours. If the accommodation is available and the guest wishes to leave only between 12pm and 6pm, a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rate will be charged.

Reservations, cancellation and changes

In the event of cancellation or no-show, the website's cancellation policy will apply: non-refundable. There will also be no refund of the total amount of the daily rate paid if the guest decides to leave the accommodation before the reserved check-out date. Changes to the reservation dates will only be permitted upon request, via Whatsapp +55 11 960608755, made up to 48 hours after making the reservation on the website and up to 7 days before the check-in date, and will only be considered confirmed upon written authorization from Vila Corada. Vila Corada has the right to immediately terminate the accommodation service, without any refund of amounts paid by the guest, in the following cases: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website for the accommodation, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of the rules of the guesthouse, organization of unauthorized parties, consumption of illicit drugs, bringing pets to the premises without authorization, failure to pay in full for the daily rate or deposit. Vila Corada assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems, or for any inconveniences resulting therefrom, related to the Wi-Fi internet connection service provided free of charge in the accommodations. In the event of problems and disturbances with the Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no discount or refund of the daily rate. If, for any reason beyond Vila Corada's control, the accommodation cannot be made available to the guest at the time of check-in, they will be offered the option of choosing another accommodation of similar quality and price or the possibility of a full refund of the amounts paid.

Pets

Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Should this rule be breached, Vila Corada reserves the right to terminate the guest's accommodation service, without any discount or refund of the daily rate.

Children under 12 years of age and babies

Children under 12 years of age and babies are not allowed to stay, as the inn does not have adequate leisure and safety facilities for such groups. Vila Corada is not responsible for any damages resulting from the guest's failure to comply with this rule. Should the guest fail to comply with this rule, Vila Corada reserves the right to terminate the guest's accommodation service, without any discount or refund of the daily rate.

Use of sound equipment

Guests are strictly prohibited from using sound equipment on the premises of the inn. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, Vila Corada reserves the right to terminate the guest's accommodation service, without any reduction or refund of the daily rate.

Responsibilities for facilities

The guest and his/her companions assume full responsibility for maintaining the accommodation in perfect condition, considering the condition it was in when checking in, as well as for the correct use and adequate conservation of any items belonging to the Vila Corada facilities, and all are obliged to be aware of and comply with all the rules of the accommodation.

Final Provision and Jurisdiction

When making a reservation at Vila Corada, the guest acknowledges and declares that he/she has read, understood and agrees with the rules set forth herein, and may not claim ignorance later and is obliged to faithfully comply with such rules. The parties elect the Jurisdiction of the District of Tibau do Sul, RN.
